I ordered a pair of Ralph Lauren sunglasses and money was taken from my account. No communication whatsoever on order confirmation or delivery dispatch and I was about to call my bank to try getting money back.

2 weeks later a box arrived from China containing fake Gucci and RayBan sunglasses made out of the cheapest plastics ever seen and crappy quality worth about 2 dollars all together. They do not reply to any emails or give any refunds. Wasted a lot of money.

1) Did not receive what I ordered.

2) Stuff sent is not genuine.

3) Do not reply on emails or give refunds.

= TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!

Do not, do not, do not buy from this company.

They take your money and don't send the goods. When you do try to get in touch, there's nobody there and they don't return answer phone message or emails.

Now I'm going to have to get in touch with my credit card company.

PS. I've given a 1 star because I had to, I wouldn't have given any star at all if I could!

Ordered sunglasses on 24th April as were meant to be delivered in 3-5 days and needed them quickly for present. Were not any cheaper than other sites and looked professional so did not suspect a thing! Tried emailing several times to cancel order and calling. No response at all. Have started chargeback process with my credit card company (23rd May) so fingers crossed I'll get my money back.

did not turn up and no refund had to do a chargeback to get my money back from these scammers also no contact from email and only an answer phone when you call them and they did not get back to me as well don't be conned by the professional website

very unhappy customer. product was stated as in stock on website. never recieved so asked for refund which has not been recieved. Could be a con website, but I am hoping for my money back. Avoid at all costs.

Nothing delivered after 2 months.

No customer services until i threatened legal action via email.

They then said they would refund my money....

1 month later, no refund and again no customer services to contact.

I have reported them to the police, trading standards are next as they claim to be a legit company....

Just dont even try this site in the first place

after three weeks of purchasing a pair of Rayban wayfarer listed as IN STOCK, not only have I not receive my order, but I'm yet to hear from them when it will be shipped. Customer service is non-existent,e-mails get completely ignored.

THOROUGHLY AVOID

Do not go near this place, bare faced lies, seems like a pure illegal scam to me, No reponce from there phone line. False statements via email telling me that they will be delivered tomorrow - weeks later no sunglasses or contact. Filing chargeback via Mastercard as my purchase was over £100. Reported them to trading standards. I would guess that the good reviews on here are from the scammers themselves...

i order from sunglasses direct on 31/08/2011, they state 3 to 5 working days to delivery, till 16/09/11, i never recieved the goods, to i called them to see whats happen, they said they dont have in stock,and may take 2 weeks to have in stock, or more, so i cancelled the order and asked for refund, i checked into my account on 20/09/11, still no refund, i called them back, they said because the t&C they will refund the money in 30 working days from the date i cancelled the order, its was birthday present, now its ruined. Lets see whats gonna happen , or i will have to take them to court.

I placed the order in July 11 for 4 pairs of sunglasses but only received 3 pairs, try to call them god know how long before I can spaek to a human. I told them I want a refund for the pair that I havent received which they said they will refund it to my card within 3-5 workings day. Fine, I then placed another order before receiving the first refund as I need it urgently for birthday present. The same thing happended, no goods and no refund, no contact from them what so ever. Try to ring and email them everyday still nobody reply. I am thinking of taking a legal action against them. This is no fare for the customer. Why should I let this kind of people cheat me. Beleive me, do not use there website at all!!!!
