waited 2 weeks then got told they were out of stock..then said they were dispatched and give me a number which didn't work..waited 4 weeks then they arrived damaged and the wrong ones i had ordered they asked for a photo of the damaged glasses and since then have heard nothing...

damaged and fake...would of been better to wait for the looky looky men on the beach!..

I placed an order and waited for over a month till I cancelled the order. I was calling every week as they kept on telling me that they were expecting an order that day or that week.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The reason I chose this website (www.sunglasses-uk-online.co.uk) was because others did not have these glasses in stock but their website said they did and the price was a few pounds cheaper than others.

After hearing nothing for a week I wrote an email and they told me they did not have them in stock but that I could have an upgrade for an extra GBP25.

To keep a long story short, the glasses finally arrived after over 10 weeks and many (some unanswered) phone calls and emails.

I am still waiting on the free glasses case they offered me (which they also said they had in stock) and they have stopped answering my emails.

THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE TO CUSTOMER SERVICES. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM TO SAVE A FEW POUNDS - IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

I searched for some reasonably priced original black Ray Ban Wayfarers on the internet, and this website had by far the best price and offered free recorded delivery postage! I placed my order, and the particular model that I ordered was not yet in stock. After a telephone call, I was informed that I could have an upgrade. I therefore chose the RB4105 folding Wayfarer, which is exactly the same as the original pair I requested, but they fold into a small case - perfect for handbags! They arrived and I absolutely love them! Sunglasses UK Online provided excellent customer service. I will most definitely be buying my next pair from them, and would definitely recommend them to family and friends! Thanks!
