Great site. Easy to use design facility. Super speedy dispatch...all amazing but too good to be true. Item took several days to arrive despite being dispatched within an hour or ordering, 1st class post. I can kinda forgive that as I know what it's like to be a small business relying on Royal Mail. Customer services not too great though - said to wait seven days (no good if for a gift). When item finally arrived the t-shirt was good quality, but the font was much smaller than shown on screen (I see from other reviews now that I'm not the only customer to say this - and I am not naive at all when it comes to designing stuff - I am very used to designing for print as part of my work), and even worse, the text is wonky! Very disappointed - wish I had read the reviews first.
