I found Stonebridge last year, quite by accident- but what a great accident !. As a luxury goods manufacturer ( I make bespoke diamond jewellery ), who is used to well made, attractive things, i've found it very frustrating that for years i could only get high quality hair accessories when in France or the USA. As a consequence i've not really bought anything in the UK as most clips, elastics and barrettes I come across are horrid , and often break within a few weeks, taking great lumps of your hair with them. Not so with Stonebridge ! So far i've just bought a selection of elastics, but these are no mere hair elastics !- these are the equivalent of my hand made diamond rings !- made with care and love to not only look great,but last too. Im smitten....Stonebridge is certainly up there with my top ten beauty websites-lovely packaging, personal service and fabulous products. Don't even think about buying hair accessories anywhere else !!

I bought many different items online and I can say without any doubt that this is the best experience in terms of communication, excellent product and quick to post. I feel it is worth buying anything from this company just for experience of being treated as a valuable customer. I shall certainly get back to this company whenever I need something for myself or a present for any of my friends.

I received two wonderful hair accessories as a gift(a barette and hair fork for thick curly hair) which I love. I had asked for these gifts because of a lack of similar accessories in my part of the world; and my parcel of goodies arrived in no time at all (from the other side of the world) and made me feel very special indeed, for the care that went into the packing and handling, and of course for the actual purchases.

The barette is gorgeous and works well to hold my thick hair in place whether in half back or pony tail style. The hair fork also surprisingly holds my hair in place in a French twist. I highly recommend Stone Bridge for their beautiful and quality products and their fast courteous service. As well, Melissa's instructive videos on how to wear the hair accessories are a pleasure to watch.

The ladies at Stone Bridge went out of their way to send my package overseas, given the lack of quality hair accessories in my area. When I got the package, I was very pleased with the gift-like packaging. It was pampering, and showed genuine care for their products. A few months later, when I inquired about specific hair challenges, they provided tailored suggestions - not just product offerings, but helpful advice. Thank you!

Gone are the days of having my hair torn out or my scalp scratched by inferior hair accessories. Stone Bridge hand made forks,Upins,claws and clips etc, are polished so smooth they do no damage, and because items are sorted by hair type you don't buy an unsuitable item. You can even pose questions if you are not sure about something.

The service is prompt and friendly. Colours and designs are fabulous. You will pay more than the high street but the quality is so worth it.

I recently purchased a beautiful bright red hairband from Stonebridge, it came beautifully packaged so it would have made a great gift. The reason I purchased a hairband was the promise that I would have no discomfort behind my ears when wearing it. I wore it for a few days and it molded to my head shape and I now can wear it anytime knowing it will never hurt me. I know I can buy hairbands much cheaper but I have no comfort wearing them so I do think they are worth the money. I am delighted with my purchase and I will be buying more items. I also received great service from this company as they answered my emails promptly and gave good advice on the products they are selling, I would highly recommend Stonebridge so 5 stars all round. P.s. I can't wait to buy more hair accessories.

I came to hear about Stonebridge after looking for Ficcare hairclips-they are the only company in the UK I could find who distribute them. Once I landed on their website I not only found the Ficcares but lots and lots of the most beautiful hair accessories....I did think long and hard about spending the money - there are so many cheaper variations out there. But after my first stunning tortoiseshell haircomb arrived I never looked back. The quality is outstanding and the service first class. A very personal experience is provided by Melissa who also writes the best newsletters I've come across - they always cheer me up. All around a fantastic company who take their products and service very seriously - well worth every penny spent!!

Wasn't sure what to expect but the website was friendly and very informative and when the items arrived they were exactly as described and better quality than I had dared hope for. My wiife bought some barrettes in France over 40 years ago and finally wore out the last one in 2011. She had been searching for replacements but never found ones with the same quality as the ones she had. In addition the ones she thought would "do" broke.
