Splendid - www.splendid.com

I bought a shirt for $90 at splendid.com that started unraveling after the 2nd wash (I followed washing instructions fully). They won't give me a refund b/c it's been over 14 days. I can only get store credit. I don't want any of the over-priced, poorly made items. This is terrible customer service and very short-sighted as the bad press will far outweigh the cost to refund. You lose splendid!!!
