I recently ordered a Fjallraven jacket form Sole Food Shop and at first was underwhelmed as the item had been sold in store before the website had updated. However within 12 hours of ordering the owner of the store called me and ordered in the jacket I wanted. The plus side of this was the advice given to me over the telephone and as a result took a jacket a size smaller than normal, which fitted perfectly. Overall a good shopping experience and will use again.
