I contacted Carl Stringer of Smartwear Solutions with my requirements of a good quality fleece and formal shirt which was to be embroidered with our company logo Finkbeiner. I sent him the format of our logo and that was deciphered quickly and accurately. Carl recommended the size of the logo that would be best suited to the fleece and shirt and sent a proof for me to equate, this was also agreed.

The whole procedure was carried out in a relaxed and efficient manner which made the whole transaction quite pleasant.

Once the order was placed and acknowledged I was told to expect the completed delivery in approximately one week, in actual fact I received the consignment in five working days which included the day of order being placed.

I would definitely be using Smartwear Solutions again and with the added bonus of them holding the format of our logo for future requirements makes it an obvious choice for me.
