I ordered 14 women's sequin vests from Six Star Uniforms in February. They were for 11 to 12 year olds. They were not sent to our school as costumes so we had to pay $90 in duty to receive the package. When I opened it I was surprised that the quality of the vests was not what I had expected since they were $30 US each. The vests did not fit the students I needed them for so I called Six Star to find out how to return them. I then paid $57.65 to return them on February 22, 2019. I sent them insured and as a package that needed to be signed for. I then waited until May 18, 2019 for the credit to appear on our school credit card. Since it had not appeared by May 18, 2019 I called Six Star again and requested our credit. A few days later I received a credit for 12 vests (not 14) and no credit for the $64 US I had paid in shipping. I should not have had to wait 2 full months for my refund, and should have received it without having to call them and ask for my refund. I was never told that they charged a 20% restocking fee or that your shipping costs would not be refunded, especially having had to pay the shipping costs to return the items myself. I would never order from this company again. The quality of their costumes is poor, and they are fairly expensive. I also think not one should have to wait 2 months for a refund. Do not order from this company, especially if you do not live in the US.

This company is terrible to do business with. When you place an order you'd better know what you are doing. If you order the wrong size they don't want to deal with you. You will have hell getting your refund. I can speak from self experience. They are a horrible company and that you can take to the bank.

Ordered men's 3XL vest. I'm only 6'2" and vest was 3" from my waist. Way to short for 3XL under big and tall.b

I ordered some items to use as part of a costume, they were apparently not in stock and I was not advised of the backorder. I finally cancelled the order when I realized there was no way the items would arrive in time for the party and sent them an email as well advising why. They responded to my email agreeing to cancel the order, however 3 weeks AFTER the party which I ordered the items for, I received a package, it was the items I had cancelled, and of course they had charged my credit card! I emailed and called several times and finally got an answer on their phone and was told they would credit my card after I returned the package. Still waiting two weeks later for my card to be credited, no response from the business. I have a feeling this is some fly-by-night operation run out of the back of an old van, and by some foreigner in a trench coat with a cell phone. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a vest on Monday that I needed by Friday for an event on Saturday. The website was a bit confusing as to how to have something expressed. I called before I placed the order and they said go ahead and order it with the standard shipping and just right a note that you need it sent out asap in the note section. He was sure that it would get to Ohio in 3 days. I did and he was right! We got the vest Thursday and it is exactly what we expected. I wouldn't recommend this for the faint of heart but We were very pleased with the product and the service!

I bought from Six Star Uniforms for my sons play, and their prices were really cheap! When I called for information, they were extremely helpful, and the quality of all their stuff is just out of this world!
