This company is taking money and not sending goods. and also pretending they have when they do not. don't believe they have goods at all. the company not registered at address. they have ripped people off. they should be prosecuted and put in jail. their website is a fake shop that does not exist. i hope they get whats coming.

I ordered a bag online a few weeks out from Christmas. When it did not arrive in the indicative time I contacted them to ask when I should expect the bag. I was informed that that item was out of stock and offered for me to select another bag at 10% off. I was annoyed because they had already debited my account for an item that they could not deliver. However, I did look through the rest of their range but there was no suitable alternative.

In the last 6 weeks I have sent 4 email requests asking for my money to be refunded. They have not responded at all to my last email which I sent a month ago.

I have kept all the electronic dialogue as proof of the poor ethics and customer service of this company.

I bought a bag online, but the website said that my transaction had timed out. I tried again a couple of days later and this time was successful. I then received an email saying the item was out of stock. I replied asking when I would have my money, £140, back, or if I had been charged twice. No reply. After many fruitless calls and emails I finally received an email from them saying that a refund would be sent to me. It hasn't. I have now contacted my credit card company who have refunded my money. Be advised, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
