Avoid Avoid Terrible Company Company Run Out Of Money?

Returned item and was received on the 17/01 by Reem, waited until 23/01 before calling to be told the refund would be done today...no refund called again on the 24/01 to be told they have not refunded item due to no funds in there account..? I then spoke to a manager and challenged what they where saying I was then accused of being antagonizing towards her send her colleagues..? Sorry if you feel Antagonized for a customer calling and asking why they are being lie to and having concerns about a company that has no money in there accounts to issue a refund. You state 5 working days and I'm still waiting for my refund. Well done you've achived great customer service so I've just tweeted how great your company is on my twitter account Boxing news should reach over 200k that follow me.

It is a good online store to shop. They have huge collection of fashion accessories for Men. But there is no variety of women clothes and also no clothes for those Men who wants to wear Casual Dresses. So there is something missing in it.

Avoid At All Costs!!!

Long standing customer, purchased a t shirt that was defective. Returned for a refund and Reem are refusing to provide one.

The Sale of Goods Act requires retailers to offer a repair, replacement or full refund for damaged or faulty goods. Apparently Reem seem to think that they only have to repair or replace. Not so.

the person I dealt with  was particularly rude and dismissive of my concerns. Advised me to take it up with Trading Standards and my credit card company.

Horrendous customer service. Buyers beware!!!

Good Quality Fast Delivery.

I have to say i am pleasantly surprised with Reem clothing. I read a lot of bad reviews but iv ordered last Wednesday they delivered within two days, i'd like to point out i'm living in Ireland and used my visa card there was no problem with purchasing. What i got is exactly what i ordered right sizes. the quality is very good and i'm very happy as i don't know any other places that does clothes like this. Overall id recommend this website to anyone.

Ordered 3 times now, last order was a large one. All items have been of excellent quality and a much better fit than the high street stuff I had previously.

I like how they use the same model for everything as the guy looks about my size and being a little bulkier than average it can be hard to judge online whats going to fit and this has really helped.

Postage has always been super quick and well packaged. Definitely my new favorite place for cl oaths. Highly recommend.

Not often would I write a review for somewhere and even less so a positive one but in this instance well worth it.

Best Online Shop By Miles

Ordered some t shirts on reemclothing.com never had much luck with on line clothes sgopping but they made it very easy and there selection was second to none.

I would highly recomend this site to everyone.

They even delivered my items with in 24 hours cant get any better....

will def use again.

Not To Be Trusted

My daughter ordered an expensive t shirt. They sent the wrong item but Reem Clothing refused to refund the money that she had paid unless she sent the wrong t shirt back first. 8 months later she still has not received any money. Legally you do not have to send anything back that is sent to you in error, and we were not prepared to send the wrong item back until we received a refund.

We finally sent the t-shirt back in desperation but they rang to say it was 'too late' to give a refund!

When we ring the company to speak to the Manager, no one is prepared to divulge his name, which is suspicious in itself, and he is only prepared to be known as 'Simon'.

Hello there,

After looking into this review this further, we can see that an incorrect item was sent to your daughter in December, and for this we are very sorry, but as we are sure you can appreciate mistakes do sometimes happen. Here at Reem Clothing we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, so when it was reported to us that the item received was incorrect, a 1st Class pre-paid label was immediately emailed over and we advised that a full refund/replacement would be issued upon receipt of the item back, which is generally with 48hours. At the time of the phone call this was not questioned and therefore at no point did we 'refuse to refund' you. We simply sent the label and awaited the return, but did not hear anything for 8 months, at which point the t-shirt was sent back without any packaging and coated in hair which rendered it un-suitable for re-sale and nor could we return it to our supplier.

Simon, the Managing Director, has contacted you to discuss the matter and has offered you a credit note for the value of the order, despite the long time frame and condition of which the t-shirt was returned in. We feel that this is a fair resolution to this problem, but apologise if you believe otherwise.
