I Use The Radley Website As I Do Love Their Produc
I use the Radley website as i do love their products. I do think they are a bit pricey but i always buy in the sales which are genuine and so get some great deals, i even do my Xmas shopping in the January sale and the family get quality gifts at great prices which are beautifully packaged.
The Customer service is faultless,as is the communications but the delivery is what makes it for me- and quick with next day delivery-am well impressed with DPD too having a 1 hour slot, which is so convenient.
All in all a most enjoyable experience
Believe me customer service is not faultless. They have left us without a handbag or £139.
