There are no words to describe this shocking cheap Chinese company! Disgraceful service, fabrics,embellishments and rip off dresses.

They are absolutely rubbish. You may as well throw your money in the bin!. They should not be allowed to trade! BEWARE!

The worst made dress I have ever seen. It is over 10cm larger then the sizes provided and can not be altered without re-making the entire dress.

They offered $30 for us to alter locally. What a joke! If the dress was made (even close) to the sizes given, this may be an option.

When I contacted them, they called me a liar and accused me of staging the photos I sent as evidence of wrong size. They completely denied everything and said the dress was fine and that I was making it all up.

The company is based in China and they do not alter, refund or return any item regardless what it says in the terms and conditions. They hide behind the Chinese trade laws that do not apply in Australia.

Stay well clear of this company! They do not deserve anyone's business and should be shutdown.

I am very happy with my dress,gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous I cant believe how fab this dress is. This is my 1st order to queenieaustralia , I was a bit sceptical. However I am amazed at the quality the service and the speed it was delivered. I cant recommend this company highly enough. although my dress came very quickly, it was terribly made, a very cheap knock off dress compared to the picture they advertised. The diamontes and craftmanship was very substandard. On trying to get a refund from this company, they offered me $20 Australian, which does not even cover the cost of postage. They came across as an Australian company, but their dress arrived from China with no return address. Be very very wary.....very cheap substandard dresses.....

I ordered a dress for a quinceñera I'm attending with multiple other girls in the same dress. The dress came in a completely wrong color than what I ordered. I contacted their customer service and they refused to let me return it saying it was made in the right color. They then tried to compare the fabric they used to the picture of the model showing it was close to the same color however I didn't even order the color that the model was wearing. This whole ordeal was very frustrating considering I paid 100 dollars for a dress that is in the wrong color. I do not reccomend buying from this site, it's a rolling the dice on whether you get what you paid for. Not pleased.

Ordered a dress for my daughter's Year 12 formal and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived and the quality of the dress. The fabric is lovely. A great likeness to the photo.

I placed a rush order (within 2 weeks) on a made to order gown with Queenieaustralia.com and I must admit I had my reservations.. however, the dress arrived, early, and is absolutely stunning! The quality is excellent and the fit is perfect! I will definitely use Queenieaustralia again and I have already recommended them to everyone I know. Thank you so much for my beautiful gown!

I emailed with queenie dresses a couple times before ordering, they got back to me in a timely matter and were very helpful! I needed my dress in a hurry and it came even a week earlier than promised! It's more gorgeous even than the picture! The color is bright and the bling is sparkley!!! I love it, I'm so happy with it and excited to wear it!!!!! Thanks 

My daughter ordered 6 bridemaids dresses from what we thought was a uk company but when they arrived they had come from China. The dresses were cheap, tacky and badly made, they were nothing like the picture. My daughter emailed them several times asking to return them and could she can have a refund but they have refused. They don't send a return note and say you need to contact their customer service, what a joke. They don't send a returns note so that you can't return them but they don't say that on their website. We have been tricked.

I want to buy a beautiful and elegant formal dress. And I took my friend’s advice and finally buy one dress from Queenieaustralia. To my delight, it is what I want to buy. The price is reasonable and the quality is good. Thanks a lot. I will buy another one next time.
