Gutted! Prom Is Tonight And Dress Hasn't Come!!
So upset! They are not responding to emails and we paid extra to have this delivered in time! Doesn't look like we are going to get it at all! Cone on guys - reply to us and same day this dress - it isn't fair!!!

We ordered 3 dresses, 2 of them arrived in the wrong colour. They REFUSE to either call or offer a phone number for you to call them as they "only offer email service"
When you've spent £300 + with a company, phone service seems like the least they could do. I have sent about 10 emails to them, they're slow to respond and so much time could have been avoided with a phone call. On top of this, the email grammar is shocking. The customer service has been appalling, some of the worst I've ever dealt with. It's made the wedding stress even worse and I would advise no one ever orders from this company!

I ordered a size 8 dress, not customised, as I wanted to be able to return the item if unsuitable. It was far too long and the colour not true to website so I emailed them to advise I would like to return. I didn't realise the dress was actually 'tailor-made' even though I ordered the standard size 8 as this is not very clear on website. They are refusing to entertain a refund. Any suggestions please? It cost me £99.99 so I'm loath to give up without a fight.
I am highly interested in ordering 5 bridesmaid dresses from them however I am a bit worried as I have previously ordered some dresses from a different sight and have had trouble communicating. Do all their payments go through Paypal? Thank you.
I'm not sure what style to choose for my 9 bridesmaids? Want to order made to measure...Can I return normal size dresses when I choose a style..also if buying 8 how much discount is available?
Also wanted to know if you could make a chiffon jumpsuit for a 12 year old in similar style? Wedding in October.
