Ordered this dress for a friends wedding (I was matron of honour), there were 4 adult bridesmaid in total and we each had the same dress. Although we were all different shapes and sizes the dresses looked amazing. I ordered a standard size which meant I had to take the dress to the tailors to be shortened, also as I have a large bust and small waist I needed some adjustments to the top, although this was my fault I should have choose a custom made dress. The tailor was very impressed with the quality of the dress and said it was much better made than some high end high street shops. I was so impressed with the quality of the dresses and speed of delivery, I recently ordered flower girl, junior and my bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding as well.

Bought an Evening dress from this site. It is an in-stock dress. First time I chose size M but it turned out to be too small. Then I contacted the customer service and they helped me the change it to a size L. It fits me perfectly!!!!

Ordered a dress for my bridesmaid. I ordered green they have sent me a bright yellow dress. The customer services will not give my money back and completely avoid answering your questions. Absolute nightmare to deal with!

Ordered a formal dress for my daughter after using Persun online sizing chart.

Product arrived quickly and well packaged, from an overseas cheap labour contractor.

HOWEVER, the dress was the wrong colour and a silk type fabric instead of a Taffeta fabric as per order instructions.

I made contact with Persun customer centre via email, showed them photo's of the item and after outlining the faults, I got a reply saying I must have measured incorrectly. Thy deliberately avoided answering the wrong colour and fabric.

In the end they refused to swap, return or refund the item.

Now I have to put a credit card transaction dispute in with my bank.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM THEM.

I ordered this dress as a traditional formal dress. It is gorgeous and even better in person. I followed the measurements to pick my size and would advise others to do the same. If you have time it is better to go up a size if you are close to the next size and plan for alterations. My dress fit perfectly everywhere formal occasion. If you are looking for a beautiful but budget friendly dress, this is the one to pick.
