The other day, I bought a Paul Smith's bag in this site. I paid money, but they were pending the order for 2 weeks. I was afraid of an internet fraud and asked the detail to them. And so, they said,

"Due to huge orders we are getting, but we will

ship out ur parcel ASAP."

But I couldn't be satisfied with the reply, and asked again. In the third letter I sent, I found that they didn't have the product and postponed the order. And so, I required them to refund all amount of money I paid, but more than 3 weeks has passed already, they haven't paid the money back to me yet.

Moreover, they took advantage of my order information to search my detail

information in a social network site. And they informed me that they know about me.

I can't believe such a sloppy responses.
