I placed an order for a costume which I needed for Halloween. I selected the 4-7 day shipping option to ensure I would have it in time. After 4 days, I emailed and asked for an update and was notified it was on back order with no certain time given by the manufacturer. I was able to cancel and get a full refund without any issues and they were very responsive via email. Their prices seem to be the best so I'll definitely return next Halloween.

I would like to file a complaint against this company. I never received the item I ordered and paid for and have called the customer service line numerous times to ask for a refund and on each occasion I was told something different. It has been over a month now, still no item and no refund. One the last attempt to call for a refund they told me they return shipped the item to themselves so it is now in their possession and will be charging me over half the cost for a "restocking fee" knowing full well they will resell the item to someone else. Stay away from this company.

I recently bought this sexy costume from partybell.com and I really liked it. First of all I think I got a good deal. Secondly the delivery was prompt and I got the costume within a week (I never imagined it as I ordered through normal shipping). Packing was nice and the costume was fresh (smelt good :)) I tried it and it really fits me well. Got lots of complements for it! Can't wait to wear for the second time.
