I was very excited to purchase my handbag from One World Avenue. They seemed to have styles that were not easily available in the US and prices were fair. When my bag arrived with some wrinkles on one side, I decided I wanted to return or exchange the bag. After emailing customer service over ten times during the course of two weeks, I only received a response when I mentioned I would have to dispute the charge with my card since no one was allowing me to process the return. Note- there is no refund form on their site, which is the first step in the process. After finally hearing back, they promised a UPS return label which never came. Only purchase from this site if you know you'll never need to return the item- it's an absolute nightmare and has been a huge waste of time.

I loved the pricing, it was excellent - and I was very excited to place my order. However, from the very beginning, it was an absolute nightmare! Made my payment via Paypal, and eagerly awaited the order confirmation, which never came. Instead, I received an email asking why I had abandoned the item on the purchase screen, to which I replied with an explanation that not only had I purchased the item, but my payment had been completed. After forwarding my payment receipt, I was reassured that all would be well, and that I would receive shipping details soon.

When no shipping details were sent, I was concerned, and so I checked the order tracker on the website, which displayed a notification that my order had been held for 'suspected fraud'. I have no idea what this was based on, because I paid in full on the spot, using Paypal, a legitimate and very reliable service. Not only that, but I had been told that the payment was received and the item would arrive shortly! I spoke with a representative of the website using an online chat service, and he escalated the dispute to another department. I tried to check the progress of this at one point, and was not given any new information.

Eventually (days later), I received a response from the team in question, who reassured me that the whole thing had been resolved, and again, promised I would receive shipping details. After a full 24 hours had passed, I checked again, and nothing about my order had been updated, nor had I received shipping details of any kind. Speaking with a third representative, I was told that things were all well, and the order on the website finally updated to show that it was in 'payment review'. Payment review? The website promises 7 day shipping. A full seven days later, and they were still reviewing my payment? The item hadn't even been dispatched, let alone arrived at my doorstep.

At present, I am still without any shipping details, and the company is not concerned at all about the first impression I have been given. Not one person has sincerely apologized for the trouble I've been caused, and I feel it is highly unlikely that my purchase is going to arrive in time for what I had required it for. Never shopping with this company again. Disgusting service, no regard for customer experience, and definitely going to open a Paypal dispute for the item I haven't received.

The site is very clean and simple to use, with few distractions. I like also that it has known cool brands like marc jacobs, chloé, diane von furstenberg or vivienne westwood. Registration is super easy and they offer free shipping. It uses DHL express apparently so I got my order really quickly. Prices are ok too. Otherwise the site is a little plain, not much content and big pictures, it lacks a bit of candy for the eye. But then it easier to navigate and get to the products quickly. I really like it.
