I ordered a bookcase for my daughter for xmas from there sister website one stop nursery. I also have rang and emailed several times and never had a response even though they took my money and emailed confirmation with a delivery of 3-5 days. Over a month later I also have not received my item and have now reported the company to fraud action and to the police as they are clearly scamming people. You can also see on the site that the reviews that are good are similar In writing and language which makes it clear it is the company and same person writing the reviews. My daughter went with one less present and we are also out of pocket. I would advise not to use this company if you want to receive your item.

one stop nursery, one stop furniture and PAK Direct are all run by the same family

They will take your money and not delivery the goods.

Avoid them at all costs, they have taken money from hundreds if not thousands of people and do not respond to their customers.

If you have placed an order, contact your bank immediately and report them to the action fraud website

I can't give the names of the owner and his associates on here because Review Centre don't allow it, but you can find his details from online company record sites and whois for the domain names

I have reported them to the Police, Action Fraud, EMKsystems, 123-reg, Heart Internet, World Pay, several of their suppliers, their landlord, the huddesfield enquirer, Dom Littlewood, Rogue Traders and urge anyone who has been ripped off to do the same
