I purchased two pairs of stripey socks (£14 worth) for my wife for her birthday...yes I know it's a dull present but it's what she wanted!

Sadly the socks lasted less than 12 weeks before developing terrible holes in them. My wife sent a very pleasant email to Odsox saying she wasn't happy that they'd worn so badly, considering they really hadn't been worn much. She didn't get a reply or phone call...nothing.

I then sent an email to them (seeing as I ordered them). I didn't receive a reply, phone call, refund or replacement.

If they'd responded and resolved the problem, in whatever way, I wouldn't be writing this review. The fact that they just ignored both emails speaks volumes about their lack of customer care and the quality of Odsox in general. To this date (3 months after we emailed), we've not had any sort of response.

So, if you're thinking about buying some funky socks, don't buy them from Odsox...it will be a total waste of money. Give your £14 to charity and know that you've actually done some good...alternatively try buying from SockShop where you know you'll be able to return duff goods without a problem.
