I ordered and paid for my item in June 2018. Weeks later the company advised the item was out of stock and gave me the option to wait longer for it, which I elected to do. A short time later they advised my order was cancelled because then item was no longer available and that my refund would be forthcoming.It's now been 30 days and my money still has not been refunded---all they have provided is a document showing a transaction was processed July 23rd (I assume this is the refund but it doesn't state refund anywhere).Their 'robots' just keep telling me to "watch for it" and "don't worry about it".

This was my first ever purchase with this company and I'm dealing with a $40 refund...What if I had spent more money with them???

Waiting this long is contrary to their stated refund policy.
