My mom bought a dress from the website on august/2013 and never received it.

I tried contact the store and i were always on stand by.

After a lot of emails, someone answered me saying my adress was wrong and they will send to me again with my new informations.

However, since it nobody answered me again and i didn´t received the dress or my money back.

It was a big mistake buying from them!!

It is a terrible seller!!

At least, i would like my money back, because of course i couldn´t weare the dress i chose at my prom!

They take your money and never send you the goods! The common scenario is that you'll be looking for that one particular dress that every online store seems to be sold out of, so you go onto netfashionavenue.com still searching, you ask them on their live chat if they have it in stock and of course! Yes they do! So you excitedly place an order (which requires you to tick that you have read the policy - which you really should, it screams fraud all through it)and proceed to make a payment. The seemingly friendly operators will tell you that your dress will be shipped within 10 working days. Weeks pass and you have had no confirmation of the dress being sent so you get in touch with them, they will tell you that they are waiting for it to arrive from the warehouse, or any other excuse (one i also hear often is that they can no longer get your dress in and you will have to choose another, but most of them aren't in stock either and they will refuse to refund you - it is part of their shabby policy!). You will start to get worried as it turns into weeks and then MONTHS and there still will of been no action, you will start asking more and more questions which just makes the operators michelle or nina get really nasty (as most criminals do when they are being questioned). Because you feel like you are getting scammed you don't like to hassle them too much by asking questions as you are scared that you will definitely not get your dress then. However...if you are in the process of this happening, contact your bank! They will get your money back. If you haven't yet ordered from here I suggest you take a hint and run away fast!!! They think that their policy allows them to get away with being thieves, it doesn't! They are not holding up their end of the deal by providing the goods so you are entitled to a refund! DO NOT let them get away with taking your money!!

I ordered a dress from missesdressy. After 1 week they sent me an e- mail that the dress was out of stock. I panicked and start calling all those other sites. Netfashionavenue was the only site that had my dress in stock. I couldn't believe it. My dress arrived in 2 days and it was perfect. She help me pick my size which fit me as a glove. Thank you guys, you are awesome. Net fashion avenue made my senior prom experience, as a dream came true.

WORST purchase experience of my life! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from Net Fashion Ave they are scam artists who steal your money!

Run with your money before they scam you! I saw a dress I really liked on their website for my sister in laws wedding 3 months from the occasion there asking price for the dress was $1160. US. I emailed them before purchasing it to confirm they had it in stock and in the size required and to also get a time frame of when to expect the dress to ensure I got it before the wedding. They replied via email within 24 hours assuring me the dress was in stock with the size required and advised it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive to Sydney. I purchased the dress for $1160.00 through my Google checkout account and waited. 3 weeks passed and I got no word of my dress. I decided to give it another week maybe the shipping was delayed I thought. Offcourse after 4 and half weeks nothing arrived so I sent them an email advising that I didn’t receive my dress. They replied saying that it was in fact shipped and provided me with a Parcel reference number. They advised me they would look into it for me and lodge a claim with their delivery people and see what happened to the delivery they advised me this claim would take 2 weeks to investigate with an outcome. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to wait 2 more weeks as they advised me to do so even though I went to their delivery company’s website they used and placed their parcel reference number to see if I could track the dress only to be advised by the delivery company that the reference number was not active (This meaning the item was never shipped to start off with!) Two and a half weeks passed and offcourse Net Fashion Ave didn’t even bother to respond back to me regarding the status of my dress. I emailed them once again asking them for a response to see what the outcome was as it was over almost 3 weeks from them lodging a claim they didn’t respond back to me so my husband called them for a week they barely answered the phone and when they did they would hang up on him even though he never lost his cool once. After another email I sent they finally responded by saying they still didn’t know what happened and there wasn’t much they could do for me. I replied back and advised them that I would like a refund of $1160 on a purchase I didn’t receive 8 weeks later! I got a short email from them saying their policy states NO REFUNDS available and that I might be trying to scam them! there exact words to me were ”We would had appreciated if you had given us more time to get an answer from USPS before you went and rate us bad. At this point all we can think is that you are truly trying to scam us because usually those people scream as loud as they can against the innocent person. We will proceed with the investigation and go from there.”” I was in total shock and replied advising them that should I not receive a refund I would contact Google checkout direct and escalate the matter. I also requested a claim number and details of the claim they said they lodged. Offcourse they replied back with no details saying they will “supply this to a higher authority” which meant nothing really what a joke!!! A day or two later they sent me a refund for $500 with an email saying that since I refused to wait until they sorted their claim out it they will give me 50% refund only . I contacted Google checkout to advise them of what Net Fashion Ave was doing to me and within 2 days of the complaint Google checkout forced those scum bags to refund me in full. After ALL the rubbish Net Fashion Ave put me through they further more placed comments in the Google checkout comments section their exact words being “Comments from Net Avenue: customer was reported to collection agency “THE NERVE OF THIS COMPANY! PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE THEIVES!!

Beware! Do not order! Stay Away!

I cannot warn you enough!

Do not be fooled by all the pretty prom dresses and ball gowns. These guys are crooks with fake dresses! The wrong dresses and even worse they charge you more than once and DO NOT REFUND YOU!

You will find on so many webites the same reviews i will tell you my story.

I contacted the online chat to ask if the dress was in stock! and in fact they replied with of course the answer yes! So i placed the order and the dress arrived, THE WRONG DRESS! only after did i read many reviews saying this is a major strategy for them. They answer yes so that you place the order rather than say no and refuse your custom. They also do not accept returns! so i am stuck with the wrong dress and to make matters worse they charged my card twice!!! and do not ANSWER to any calls or emails for the refunds!! Stay away, dont order! go shopping to the mall or buy from a legit website (the dress was also a FAKE)! You have been Warned!!!!
