After paying nearly £100 on an order 2 out of 7 items were faulty a pair of leggings had no labels and had holes in them then a dress had tags hanging off.

Such poor service from a well known company would never use them again as to return faulty items you have to pay postage and packaging!!

Wow ordered a fab dress for a wedding it is absolutely stunning and can wear it again afterwards . would definitely buy from yere shop again very reasonably priced clothes and lovely customer service would definitely recommend to a friend

Paid £5 delivery for it to get to me and £5 to return it (proof of postage). Returned it

Over a month ago and have even got proof of it being delivered. Still no refund, disgusting company that steals your money.

When i ordered my item was a day late at arriving i decided not to claim for my postage even though they had breached their T&C of shipping. However, i got the items and decided to send 2 back as they weren't nice. I sent those back via interlink over a month ago now and still not had a refund.

The refund process for this company isn't easy, 1. you have to pay for your own shipping to return something - this is against the online shopping law !

2. trying to find contact details on their website is next to near impossible. i can't find a telephone number or address (which again isn't allowed on a website)

I have to admit I felt really nervous after I'd placed my order when i read some of the reviews on here, but I couldn't have been more suprised.

I ordered 6 skater dresses (may have splurged slightly) that arrived in two days and boy are they beautiful. I had 5 dresses in the parcel with a hand written note advising one was completely out of stock and my money already refunded. The fabric is thick quality and the length sits perfectly on the knee (I'm 5ft 2in).

What an amazing service, they have truly gained a customer for life.

Absolutely appalling customer service. It's taken 4 weeks to refund me and today I've been refunded £21.21 after returning my full order which cost £45.41! Work that one out. In addition I had to pay for returns £5 signed for delivery! Ridiculous!!! The quality was beyond disgusting!

Ordered my dress over a couple of months ago and sent it back 1 day after receiving it 2nd class delivery.. I am yet to receive my money back after emailing and enquiring.. They are theives and the dress I ordered was disgusting, hence sending it back.

I ordered dresses from these. They arrived poor quality so I returned them recorded delivery within d returns policy. Emailed them 3 times and commenTed on their fb page they deleted d comments & blocked me. I have had no response they robbed me of my money! Thru ignored my emails etc. I hope others read this & don't fall for it. How can u take money off women post cheap garments & if they not happy ignore them. No wonder it's online only!!! Disgusting!!!
