I've been to London a few times as a french traveler, and I always spend time in one of the London markets. Living in a small city in France, it's hard for me to find this spirit and this community anywhere else. That's why I use myMzone to be aware of the new products and to get reday to shop in one of the best markets of the world. I've already bought 3 products on myMzone and I was never disappointed. With this website I feel London from home!

So, I saw a Fair Trade bag that I liked on their website and I wanted to buy it. But, when I wanted to do there was an error related to some order amount not matching or something. I didnot get it. So, I left the website and went on another website.

I kid you not - I got an email within 15 minutes from a wonderful lady who was polite and told me that the issue had been taken care of and that I could buy the bag.

In addition, they also gave me a 15% discount voucher code for my "trouble".

All in all, lovely looking website, amazing set of products and more importantly, very good customer service. I give myMzone 5 stars ^_^

The goods I ordered came today, less than 24 hours after i ordered them - the service has been brilliant. Its great to know there a facility whereby you can still buy an item after you've decided against it and then wake up in the the night, kicking yourself you made that decision. I am very impressed with myMzone and their devotion to their customers.

So, I had to leave London to go to a festival on friday and I desperately wanted the pocekt waist belt I saw in Camden Town. I saw on Tuesday that myMzone had it and I asked them if they could send it to me before Friday. They were so helpful that they shipped it tracked with Royal Mail's speed service even though I paid for normal shipping. Now, that is good customer service. For sure, I will buy more things from myMzone - after all, all the things they have are from London markets and I love London markets :) The product as it is was good and to be honest for someone like me who likes to be a little different from the rest, it works well.

I am not bothered about value for money discussion as there are some things that money cannot buy. You can get them off myMzone though - I am waiting to see more of my favorite merchants soon - like for example the merchants from Covent Garden and Shepherd's bush - I mean, where else can you access products from these merchants? Is there another website that features products from local markets in London exclusively?
