With due respect, it was not an ideal way to deal customers! The toll free number is there to help us out but what is the use of it if it goes without responding for hours and hours? I have no issues with the dress I received neither I have concerns about the price it held, still I believe a better customer service in terms of receiving calls and answering to the emails promptly would increase your rank. This business deal was not as smooth as it used to be with you. I hope to see it getting better from this point onward!!!

When it comes to MHTRENDS, you got to say that these designers are doing an excellent job. Unlike ordinary stores where they do not show something glamorous on computer screen and then send an ordinary stuff at your home, they match their quality of displayed items with what they deliver at homes.

They do not just deal in garments; they deal in fashion and quality! This is the second time I am writing a review for them and it pleases me to once again rate them with five stars. They have all unique features to satisfy their customers. Well managed mechanism of ensure timely delivery of the parcel, maintenance of the product quality to the highest standards and very innovative range of dress designs. Mhtrends offers something not every online store does. In terms of the quality these manufacturers offer, they are matchless! The only issue is with the range of designs available there. Most of the dresses have inspiration from Italian culture and have classical looks rather than party and casual dress-type look. This probably needs to be addressed. Still, this store is my top choice!!

I purchased a product from this store last week. The price was no doubt quite competitive. I had a few issues with the delivery of the products but their customer services representative responded me quite well every time I put in a query. And now when I have received my parcel, I can tell you that they do not compromise on the quality of the fabric and the form of stitching. A highly recommended service!

Excellent quality items. But the customer service was very bad!! My parcel is lost. I had to send few emails and they took 3 days to reply and to solve the problem..

The time I had placed an order, they told me that the merchandise would reach me within 10 days. But it took a day more than two weeks to reach me, something I disliked a bit. I’m not sure if it was just an unlucky chance or what, but I would certainly question their claim of in time delivery, though I find no issues with the product quality and the variety of dresses they offer at their online store

You see, it is one of those unique stores which would offer you a great discounted offer and that too without compromising on the quality of the product. My wife has recently purchased "ALIQUAM CONSECTETUR ULLAMCORPER LAOREET" and a "LOREM IPSUM DOLOR SIT AMET PORTTITOR ELIT" from this store and we have noticed a rate at least 30% lesser than that of the usual market price. Isn’t it something great? Yes, it is...

I won’t rate it a flawless service since I believe things could have gone better in a few areas. Though the products was delivered quite in time and the overall customer service was good enough still I feel the quality wasn’t as good as I expected. Had the texture of shirt been more refined, it would have been a splendid deal. Still, not a bad experience at all
