This handbag is just BEAUTIFUL and exactly what I was looking for all over the internet. I must say your company has the best Birkin Style handbag. And furthermore the customer service was exceptional. I can honestly say I was massively impressed when I saw the handbag. As I was unwrapping the parcel I could smell the sumptuous Italian leather before I could see it!. The colour, structure and quality of the craftsmanship is superb with not a stitch out of place. The handbag is very well presented and put together. How wonderful it is to receive your order (something you are immensely excited about) and when it arrives it is exactly as promised and in the condition you said it would be. I am completely satisfied with my recent purchase from Maxwell Scott (MS). The wallet is exactly as described, has a really sophisticated feel and finished in high quality Italian leather. Adequate storage for cards and the coin pocket allows for easy access to loose change. The customer experience and transaction respectively was seamless. Evidently, MS uphold minute attention to detail; from the order process, the product itself which arrived in absolute perfect condition, thanks to the care taken within packaging and distribution. My item arrived within the delivery period promised. In sum, 100% faultless will certainly recommend and use again.

The Farini Flight bag is an absolute treat to travel with. The bag is extremely well-made using beautiful leather. The finish is wonderful and carries a real sense of craftsmanship.

At 2kg the Farini flight bag has a solid heft to it without feeling heavy, and the shoulder strap helps for those times where you really have to load the bag. However, fully-loaded for carry on at 7kg didn't feel uncomfortable, and I'm able to carry it comfortably through the airport and onto the plane.

There's an internal pocket that's handy for documents - like passports or wallets - while you fly. And they haven't tried to over-complicate the interior with a whole lot of other compartments. So it's easy to pack and unpack; and easy at the security gate to take out whatever has caught the eye of the TSA today.

This isn't my first Maxwell Scott bag, and they have once again delivered an extremely delightful piece of kit. I know I'll be taking it with me everywhere.

My experience with Maxwell Scott was excellent. I live in the United States and had been searching for a briefcase for some time. I came across the Maxwell Scott website using Google. At first I was interested in the Battista satchel. I sent an email to Maxwell Scott inquiring whether my 15 inch Mac would fit. They responded quickly and asked for the exact dimensions of my computer. After I sent the measurements, they determined that my laptop would not fit and recommended the Jesolo 2 instead of the Battista. I placed my order and received the bag in a matter of days, despite the overseas shipment.

I could not be happier with my new briefcase. The construction is excellent and it is, quite simply, beautiful. The service I received from Maxwell Scott was extraordinary. The next time I need a bag of any sort, I will return to Maxwell Scott.

My bag arrived this morning and I could not be more pleased with it! Lovely quality and workmanship, superb design and the perfect colour, rather deeper than the tan appears on your website and all the better for it. The highest accolade I can give it is that it is exactly what I would have chosen had I been able to see a selection of bags in person. Your detailed email reply to my enquiry was spot on and it sits really well on my shoulder and also across my body for when I am on my motorbike, though more often than not it will probably go in the under seat box for protection – it is too good to leave exposed to the elements! I'd been looking for a saddle-bag type shoulder bag for some time but what little I found was just not up to scratch. I'd also become tired of spending £60 or so on 'leather' handbags that wore out in nine months and looked shabby and saggy within a short time.

Then I discovered Maxwell Scott, so a year ago I asked for money instead of birthday gifts and I invested in a medium Medolla bag.

This bag has been used daily since I got it and it still looks like new. The few tiny scuffs it's had have simply polished away, there is no curling in the loose tail of the shoulder strap nor is there any sagging in the gusset leather to which the shoulder strap is attached. It seems to have a cavernous interior despite its apparent size. It doesn't cause wear marks on clothing and clothing doesn't cause wear marks on it.

I can't praise Maxwell Scott highly enough. They may be more expensive than the average high street semi-disposable offering, but if you're looking for a quality item that will last years, they're your people. You'll be saving money in the long run!

(The delivery was delayed because of flooding in the factory, but Maxwell Scott kept me informed of progress and I was happy to wait.)
