Absolutely Disgusted With Their Apalling Service!!
I ordered a Moschino handbag online from the House of Fraser website 6 days before christmas.It was for myself so I didnt mind that it probably wouldn't arrive until after christmas.It was a black flapover Moschino handbag that I had wanted for ages.
I could have waited till the sales here in Dublin but because I wanted to be sure I'd get it I ordered it at nearly fullprice from the Fraser website.
It arrived on the 30th of December and I was so excited to get it when I opened it it was the wrong order a big brown handbag and ugly at that!I was gutted I could no longer get it as the sales had been and gone and there were none left!
What did the House of Fraser do for me?? NOTHING!!!!They're useless and their customer service stinks!!They have the cheek to only offer you a credit note if you dont return the goods within 2 weeks this is despicable considering they are to blame!!Thanks to them I lost out on getting my Christmas present!I will NEVER buy from them again!AVOID AVOID AVOID that is my advice!!!
