I order my bikinis from Luna every time I go on holiday and can honestly say I wouldn’t shop anywhere else! Such affordable price and the quality is amazing, have recommended to all of my friends who are now regular customers! Customer service is second to none and the turn around time is very quick considering all garments are designed and hand made! Can honestly say that this is my favourite boutique!!!

I ordered a swimsuit for my holiday in March. It came fairly quickly and fitted perfect. The pictures on the website does not do it justice, the print is AMAZING! I also received a discount on signing up to the website which came in handy. Will definitely be ordering again!

My daughter bought a swim suit from here, they looked great online, it was supposed to be a 10 but was more a 16-18. It was so badly made the tension on the seams were loose and the hems were not sewn. Would not entertain a refund. BEWARE they say these are bespoke items made to order so PayPal will not give refunds. If your going to buy from here make sure it’s with a credit card at least that way there is some protection for faulty goods. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I ordered items on here, a higher price than I would normally pay, however the items looked pretty and of good quality. My delivery arrived promptly (with no delivery information), however, the item I received was similar but not the same as to what the picture online was. The bottoms of my bikini were basically two bottoms halves sewn together and so were unwearable as the front was then large and baggy. I wrote to the company promptly to be told 'we don't do refunds'. I responded saying that the bottoms were faulty, with more details and emails. The emails then stopped coming from the company and I was ignored and out of pocket from them completely. They have awful quality products and even worse customer service, money motivated is all!
