Absolutely love the Love Isis website. It caters for the larger lady which is superb and the dress I got for my hubbies 40th was beautiful

I've ordered 2 /3 times from LoveIsis and have always received the clothing within the delivery time specified on all occasions I have been happy with the clothes sent .

I ordered a dress from Love Isis, they debited my credit card immediately, I waited the six days quoted for delivery but it didn't arrive! I emailed four times and have no response as yet. Because of this I launched a paypal dispute and they have refunded me today, but apparently with no comment or apology!

Ordered a top for my daughters birthday, was in stock. According to their website items instock are dispatched within 24 hours, after 5 days of nothing i email them to ask where my item was, no response, 7 days after they had taken my money they changed their website to dispatched! funny 24 hours that is!! After a couple more days i sent another email and still no response, and yet another email in the vain hope that the item would actually arrive. I am now about to open a paypal dispute with them in an attempt to get my money back.

I have ordered lots of clothes from loveisis, they have always arrived in the stated time scale and have been excellent quality!

Spent £90.00 on a top from Love Isis which I have never received. I stupidly paid by debit card which they debited immediately. Tried to phone and email, received no response as yet.

I bought two items that have never been received. They have an answering maching service as nobody ever answers their phone, however they do not reply to messages or emails. I am disputing with paypal at the moment to get my money back. They are a farce !!!

I too have paid for two shirts from Love Isis that have not been received yet. I have left messages on their answer phone and sent emails and have received no reply as of yet. I am hoping that paypal may be able to help in getting a refund.

I bought a dress from Love Isis and have never received it as yet although they debited the payment immediately. The phone number on their website does not seem to work whenever I try it and I have not received a response to any of my emails yet. My credit card company are not pursuing them for the money.

I received the dress really quickly and it was great to have the free returns service. I was really happy with the dress and would love to buy from them again.
