I had purchased a tote from them, as the FAQ had stated "100% authentic from Longchamp" and I had dropped their staff an email at their Customer Service, to check on this authenticity, again I was assured it is real.

Item arrived and at one glance, I knew it was fake.

I brought it down to a Longchamp boutique and the staff told me it is a counterfeit I had gotten.

Emailed the website staff and they insisted that what they had given to me "was value for money" and is authentic. I told them that even the staff said it wasn't, and that I demand for a refund.

Since then, no news had been heard from them and it had been 4 days.

Sent several emails, and no one replied at all.

Do not buy from them at all!!!!!
