I ordered a jacket for my daughter mid-December 2015 and was informed that it would arrive within 15 to 30 days. It hasn't arrived and despite 4 emails I have had no response from the proprietor. Her Facebook page no longer exists, but the lonelydeer website is still up and running and offering clothing for sale. There is no landline number to contact this company, only an email address and the business address in Bristol.

I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing from this company not to do so. I will be contacting my credit card provider for a refund and will also be informing Trading Standards and the police, as I think a crime may have been perpetrated against me.
