SImply put, Lena Quist has stolen my money.

I paid £112 for two items of clothing on 29th July 2009 and have still not received them in November 2010. One year and four months wait. Furthermore Lena has kept my money and is ignoring all messages I have sent trying to resolve the matter amicably. I have noticed other similar reports emerging.

Appalling "company", avoid like the plague. This lady seems to believe that by ignoring a customer she can get away with taking their money and not sending out the order. No company loses that many parcels in the post, and if they did they would soon resort to using a recorded service.
