Amazing Products - Customer Service Let Them Down.

I'll first start by stating quite clearly that the products that La Rouge Boutique offer are of a very high quality. When the products arrived they were of a high standard and were excellent.

I ordered over £100 of items from the company as a gift. If you are looking for items quickly, this may not be the internet store for you to use. The goods took a long time to arrive (over 21 days) and unfortunately e-mail queries sent to their customer services department were ignored.

The goods arrived in good order, they were of high quality. The only thing letting this company down is their customer service attitude and the length of time it took for the items to arrive.
