Really easy to use website and I liked the fact that the stock information updates when you change size or colour so you know what you are ordering is in stock.

I didn't love the delivery service. I can't remember what courier is was but it was delivered by a lady in her own car and the parcel smelt of cigarettes! However, the clothes inside the parcel weren't affected and were very nice quality. I returned an item that was the wrong size and the return and refund went through smoothly. I did have to pay postage to return the unwanted item, which I know bothers some people, but that seemed quite reasonable to me.

I'd definitely use them again!
