Fast and easy - I had picked and paid for a few polos in minutes. About an hour later I got a call - Russell polo I ordered was out of stock. I was offered a heavier weighted alternative as a replace which I accepted. Pretty basic stuff you'd expect. Recieved the polos today everything in order - but I also received a set of face cloths - with my name embrodiered on them. Really impressed with the personal touch. Would definitely recommend them.
