Ordered cotton/polyester mix dress arrived looking nothing like photo, also no cotton in dress just 100% polyester refusing to refund. Avoid if you do not want to be disappointed

All the dresses I ordered are completely different from what pictures showed, colours, tissues and brodery.. the quality is very bad, brodery is extremely low quality and they are not available to refund or remake the dresses. They look like carneval dress. Better to buy original dresses during soldes than taking the risk of buying in these kind of sites.. very disappointing!

I brought my daughter a prom dress from kissy dress it was the best purchase I've ever made it fitted prefect it was so pretty and very very well made I wouldn't think twice about ordering from this brilliant company again and the best value for money it came a few days early colour was just right I'm so pleased

The dress did not fit, so I told them I was returning the dress. They requested photos to confirm, which I sent and they still refused my return.

I brought a dress from them and when it came and I put it on the brest part didn't cover my boobs nobodies are that close to there chin! It was way to high and the straps were to baggy! When I emailed to say I would like to return it and have a full refund they refused and make up Rubbish excuses as to why! The way they have treated me is truely shocking and they should be shut down for ripping people off!! I would warn people to stay away !!! And yes I do still want my money back and you can have your dress back!!!!!

Ordered a dress from UK arrived from China

The sizing is off wont exchange giving me the run around

Cant zip up ! International sizes are different too Small

Color is great that's about it did not know there was a zipper along side of dress that is not shown or advertised either.

Please do not waste your money here they don't send what you ask for and you have to pay for shipping to return items even if it's their fault, I asked for a white dress they sent a black dress never responded to my email about my order being wrong, please do not waste your money here it's not worth the chance especially if your over seas like I am the currency is way higher than what you think your paying and they don't warn you up front , customer service has slow to no response time I'm looking into an attorney

I tried to pay with my credit card, this was declined and then I tried with my debit card. Again declined.

Within 3 hours of these transactions, my credit card had tried to be accessed numerous times, and now I find out that the debit card transaction has been attempted numerous times, over 9500 pounds for an 89 pound dress!

Obviously a bad site, please avoid like the plague....

I orginal ordered a long prom dress to see what it looked like and also what the quality was like as I wanted 5 as bridesmaid dresses .

The dress came yesterday and it's of excellent quality and made to a high standerd and true to size its stunning , so today I have now ordered the other 4 .

Worth every penny and came well before the due date by 8 days and was able to track it very easily from the details given .
