I recently attempted to buy a pair of boots online in the KM sale. Having received emails to say my item was located and on its way from KM plus emails from the delivery company to inform me of the delivery, I then get an email informing me my transaction has been successfully cancelled and the money refunded. I tried to take this up with KM as to why it was cancelled when the item was still available to buy online and why their way of informing me was so blunt and uninformative. The response I received was inaccurate and made a puzzling situation even more so, at which point I gave up. KM came across to me as unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend or use again, there are plenty of other retailers out there.

I foolishly ordered a "Karen Millen" dress from what I thought was a clearance site. I spent over £100 for this dress for a wedding. When it arrived, it is a cheap copy, appalling quality. I contacted the website via their contact page, no response. I then managed to find an e mail address for a jenny chan and requested an address to return the dress for a refund. She replied by suggesting that if i bought another item from one of their other "outlets", they would replace the original garment when they shipped it! i refused and they then said that i could either have a 20% discount on one of their other websites and a "free" replacement of the original, or a 20% refund on the original and i could keep it!!! I refused again and insisted on a refund in full and that is when i stopped getting replies. I have now put in a compaint to Tradin Standards and also reported them to action fraud, run by the police. Top tip. if there is no e mail address on the website contact page, DON'T USE IT.Also note the spelling of outletEs on this website. Don't get ripped off like i did
