Unfortunately I took the reputable brand name at face value, not noticing it is not a secure site. It is actually in China. They took my money promptly but no offer number, no response to emails and still no goods. Have had to cancel my credit card for protection.

This website is not a genuine site. (Karenmillenoutletshopuk.com) ordered a john rocha skirt floral skirt and received a cheap black skirt from a totally different unheard of brand. I have emailed the address on the website but have had no response and there was no return or exchange paper work with the skirt. I am seeking to deispute the payment through the bank. Be warned!

Am absolutely heartbroken, I bought a quiz dress thinking it was an English shop, I looked on my bank statement, I got charged an extra £8 for the bank exchange rate! I never got told I would be charged this, it said on the website you can email to cancel if it hasn’t been shipped, I did that straight away and never got a reply, Iv sent 10 emails since and got a couple of automated messages saying your delivery is being processed please be patient, so upset and never got the dress

Please do no shop at the above website as it is a Fake. Try to buy the dress then realise after reading the reviews from various website that there are lots of karen millen outlet dresses not selling genuine items. Have requested refund however it has now 2 months and I still haven't received my refund. Very very disappointed. I have been following every week and they just took my money. Please do no shop with this website.

I ordered a Karen Millen dress which came last monday.

It was a terrible FAKE dress, I payed 99 euro for it.

On the site is written: 14 day no hassle, 100% money back guarantee, but Ive send many emails their answer is: if return 25% restocking fee, and 25 dollar shipping fee is non-refundable. They ask in every amail for a picture of the dress. They are curious how the fake one looks like.

They say also: we cannot sell the dress, sel it for a discount price to a friend!!!

Never, never again!! They cheated me very bad, its an ugle fake dress, a very bad copy of the real one!!! Dont buy there!!!!!

Do not buy from any karen miillen outlet uk stores online. I wish i read any of these reviews before i lost 370$. So upsetting when your money goes missing

I was fooled by this site like many others, should,of know it was too good to be true. I ordered a coat which was fortunately out of stock, I received an email asking me to choose another item, at this point I realised the company was based in china, so did a search for reviews, which confirmed my suspicions. I advised the company I did not want a replacement and asked them to cancel the order, they would not take this for an answer and resulted in a barrage of ping pong emails. Given the order was placed less thane 48 hours prior they should simply have not requested the payment, they insisted that to give a refund was result in me incurring a 20% charge and asked me if this was ok, of course I said this wasn't then then said ok they will refund but it cold take up to six weeks. I advised them I did not have all day to ping pong emails and to not request my money and that I had been in contact with my credit card provider, who would contact them if they take the money, finally theynsaid ok we will send refund.

I am still awaiting the outcome and suspect I may well have to get my credit card provider to deal with this.

This company needs to be prohibited from trading.

Absolute sham of a company based in China. Goods come that are bad material, fit and generally fake awful goods.

No returns policy on site. Contact is from a Chinese person with bad English! ( not being racist)

They won't let you return but offer 20% refund. Don't accept it! Then takes 6 weeks to refund. Still have no money back.
