I ordered jeans from them, paid $150. Since then I didn't receive my order, neither my money back. This "company" is definitely a scam.

I bought 2 pair of jeans (Levi's), received them after one week, so it looks ok.

I did not used customer service, so I have no opinion about that, but in general I am satisfied

Similar experience to the previous reviewer. Items never delivered, was promised a refund but none has arrived to date. Surprised their various sites are still up. Perhaps if anyone has ever received anything from these people they could come on here and share the good news.

You know the old addage, if it seems too good to be true, well.... this is nothing more than a scam - or they are just totally incompetent.

I found them through Google's sponsored links - PPC advert. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans and paid by credit card 18th Jan. They very quickly emailed me from a domain called 'Moneybooker' with noreply address saying that the Jeans-at-Click transaction would show as moneybookers and not to cancel it. No further confirmation of the order was sent so 5 days later I emailed them to see what was happening with the order. I received this:

Nothing received by the 28 Jan (10 days since the order was made) so chased again and got no reply. Chased them again on 2nd Feb saying I will cancel the order if not provided with delivery details. No reply again. Emailed to cancel the order and requesting a refund on 4th Feb and still heard nothing from them. I guess I now have to start the battle to get my money back. A very poor experience. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. It appears to be run from Poland but hosts its site on a .co.uk domain. AVOID it!
