I ordered a watch from there website 3 days ago and paid £5.00 for next day delivery ( i ordered way before 3pm) and it hasn't been delivered yet, i have contacted 4itgirls twice with no reply on either days. I cant seem to find a contact number to call them on either. So they have basically just took my money with nothing in return, no customer service what so ever.

Ordered my girlfriend an itgirl watch for her birthday, it came in a lovely pink watch box. My girlfriend loved it and wears it everyday. The service was very quick and easy. I used there express checkout as I did not want to sign up for an account.

Will be ordering her Christmas present from her in the furture.

Got my itgirl tracksuit today in the post ordered it a 3pm so did'nt think I would get it next day but did!

Love it will be wearing it all the time, has loads of diamantes and is very cozy inside.

Will recommend to all my friends as got quick delivery and a lovely tracksuit.

Received my handbag and belt in the post today, they are even nicer in real life than on the website.

Handbag has loads of compartments for my phone, make up etc.

Belt fits me perfectly and even has a second hole to make it smaller or bigger.

Will be recommending my friends to this site.

Items arrived next day as paid for.

Just thought Id share my experience with shopping at 4itgirls.co.uk I brought my wife a handbag, watch and hoodie as an xmas present.

There site was very easy to use, when my gifts arrived the watch was in a lovely gift box which my wife just loves (it was very pink and girly not me at all)!

All my items arrived on time via a courier service to my work address so my wife did'nt see her gifts! I will be using this site again to purchase my wifes valentines and birthday presents and I will be recommending to all my mates.

I BROUGHT A DRESS IN JULY BUT RETURNED IT THE NEXT DAY FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR REFUND,ITS NOW NOVEMBER AND IV STILL HAD NOTHING BACK AND I HAVE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL 3 TIMES AND VIA ONLINE CHAT 3 TIMES! IV BEEN PROMISED THE PROBLEM WOULD B RESOLVED BUT STILL HAVNT HAD ANY REPLY! MY MUM BROUGHT A BAG AND RETURNED IT FOR A REPLACEMENT AS IT HAD MARKS OVER IT AND SHE HAS STILL NOT HAD CONTACT FROM 4ITGIRLS AND BEEN WAITING ABOUT 2 MONTHS

Received my order on time. The watch came in a lovely Pink itgirl watch box! The hoodie is lovely and cozy and my handbag is fab.

I changed my delivery address after I placed my order and they changed it without any issues.

Will be using again

Just received my handbag from 4itgirls and it so much better in real life than in the picture. Have had a few comments from friends and family already.

Will be buying all my xmas presents from this site, never need to go to the shops again.
