I returned a pair of gloves which didn't match my needs or meet the level of quality I had expected.

I was quite prepared to pay the cost for returning the item but according to distance selling regulations as long as you return the goods quick smart which I did you should receive a full refund including the P&P they charged you for delivering the original order.

Intelligent Armour only refunded me the item cost and not the P&P charge on the order. When I queried why they just pointed me to the terms and conditions on their website.

When I told them the law and the fact that it doesn't matter what they write on their website it does not supersede it they ignored me.

It's not worth taking a company to court for a few pounds so they are getting this poor review instead as a warning to others.
