Ordered a pink sparkly sequinned dress, it arrived much later than expected, it was much larger than measurements on their sight, and incorrectly sewn at the back. This caused puckering which could be seen through the netting. This was for my daughters prom and she was very upset. Contacted the company who offered 10% refund, we refused. What could we do with £15 and a damaged and poorly fitting item. We tried contacting them a number of times but they keep ignoring us. We also spotted the dress for sale on the Allison Jayne website, the dress was identical even down to the model used. This company should be avided.

I didn't know what to expect when I ordered my prom dress at Instygirls. When it arrived (surprisingly quick) I was so impressed with the quality of the dress and how amazing it fitted me.it just looked gorgeous! I got so many compliments, everyone loved the dress!! Thank you so much!

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. It was supposed to be made to measure to the sizes we provided. When it arrived it had been made too small. After numerous e mails they informed me that as their dresses were made by hand the size could be wrong!! This sort of defeats the object of ordering something made to measure.

Despite sending multiple photographs as they requested they still kept to the line of there's nothing wrong with it. They informed me that if I wanted them to consider a refund I'd have to return the dress for them to examine it prior to any agreement. This doesn't seem too unreasonable until you find out that despite a .co.uk address they are in China and the cost to return the item is a non refundable £70. They offered my 30% refund. Given I had little confidence in ever getting them to admit it had been made wrong, I agreed to the refund. Not surprisingly they didn't send it.

I've had the best experience ever dealing with Instylegirls. This was my second time ordering and I have been satisfied each time. I was hestiate at first because of the sizing but the charts are self explanatory and it really helps that you can chat with a customer service rep if you have immediate questions. Instylegirls is a very professional website that offers everything from clothing to electronics etc.I would recommend this site without hesitation.

I bought a dress the other day paid for it it arrived alittle late but hey ho on the website it looked work

The wait! I got it where it arrived in a carrier bag!!!!!!! Then i tried it on it lools nothing like the picture and was just cheap and tacky i couldnt sell that to a charity shop! Please people

Beware i dont want this to happen to you! Also now they will not redund me my money after like 2 months of arguing i have had no choice but to accept 60% of my money back because i am sick of dealing with these people!!

Just to say a huge thank you for the dress my daughter ordered recently.

It arrived really quickly and we were really impressed by the quality and style. ( It is a little bit worrying when you order online!) It was fantastic value for money. I still can't believe how low the price was. It was her prom last night and she looked stunning. I will send some pictures when we have looked through them all.

So thanks once again, I will certainly be coming back to order more things!

Loved the dress I ordered for my nieces birthday party! I was a bit apprehensive at first, since I haven't had a good experience with oversea companies, but this company was great, I got my dress really quick and was pleasently surprised, since it was a last minute sort of shopping. The dress itself was perfect in size, colour and design. I would definitely recommend this to others!:-)

I am so pleased with the prom dress I ordered. It is the vintage rouched strapless dress. My daughter wanted this dress in a different colour and with beading. Customer service were quick to reply to my email and agreed the dress could customised. It's slightly nerve racking to order a dress you've only seen on a website and with measurements I have provided but we couldn't be happier with the dress. It fits perfectly and my daughter looks stunning, just like a princess. The dress is better than a £300 dress we tried on in a shop.

I will always recommend this site to friends with daughters, it is excellent - good value, helpful customer service and prompt delivery.
