When I clinked on the item on innerbabe.co.uk I was sent straight to Paypal. There was nothing else to do. While I appreciate the simplicity I was not sure they had all the necessary details. I was not sent an email to confirm.

I texted the sms number supplied to find out but got no rely.

The outfit did arrive quickly. However, when I got round to opening it, I found that it was not well made and the seam at the back ws fraying. I tried to phone but the phone was off. Then when I emailed I had to wait a couple of days to receive a reply simply saying to see terms and conditions. As I was not home at the time of delivery I fail to see how I could have checked it on arrival. There was not even an apology that the outfit was shoddily made. Essentially I have spend 70 on a matador outfit that looks like I have already been attacked by a bull. Very unhappy with the customer service and quality.

The outfit is top quality and after enquiring about delivery etc. via email was kept informed well.

Inner babe has a huge range of Leg Avenue costumes and lingerie that I have never seen in shops. It's great if you're after something different that stands out from the crowd.
