Still Waiting 3 Years On! New Website - Don't Be Fooled!

I ordered from industrial shirts in mid 2009, with the order totaling $120. When the order didn't arrive in over a month, i tried contacting Industrial Shirts by email several times, yet they did not reply.

I then contacted PayPal to request a refund, however, as i didn't lodge a complaint within about 30 days, i was ineligible for a monetary return under PayPal's system. Powerless, as i was, i had to leave it at that.

In 2012, i discovered that they had updated their website. I figured i should try contacting them again to see if i could get a cash refund. They indeed replied, but were only offering to give credit. Unfortunetly, the products i ordered in 2009 were no longer available and i didn't find their current stock was worth buying.

So, thinking that they would be responsive, i politely asked if they could instead give me a cash refund, whilst commending them on replying (especially after they had made the mistake over 3 years ago). Yet, they still havn't replied to my email, in over 4 months, which makes the whole situation a waste of time, money and really, effort.

Needless to say, don't do business with this crowd. They have stolen from me and obviously, they are still getting away with it. Disgusting.

Don't Mess With Them.....

i also was relying on these people for a birthday gift. not only did i not receive the package we'd ordered, but also didn't receive ANY replies to concerned emails and phone calls. and the fact they go by one name for their physical business and another for online purposes is a little shady . they know exactly what they are doing to these poor people and yet seem to not care a lick about it. i have reported them to BBB and i suggest to all that you steer clear of these scam artists and if you've been unfortunate in your endeavors with them also, i recommend reporting them . don't let the scams continue. research any online company before proceeding to deal with them.

A Simple Response...

... would mean a million, but no.

I ordered a great Nitzer Ebb T-shirt on 27-Feb, and received a fast confirmation, and T-shirt has arrived pretty fast, considering the distance (10 days). I guess it does play some role when it comes to delivery times...

But it was a wrong size T-shirt. I ve thought no big deal, it happens…

I send them an email about it on the same day I received the parcel, asking them kindly would it be possible to send me a correct size, before they receive back from me the wrong size shirt.

The reason for asking was that this T-shirt WAS supposed to be a birthday gift, and waiting for the shirt and then send a correct one back to me would take circa 20 days…

Yu can't find on their web-site anytyhing about terms &conditions, but I've thought ok, cool guys from LA, a bit loose, no big deal, I belive them, nice web-site and all. Anyway, I promised to send T-shirt right away. And I did, but was waiting for the shipment receipt a couple of days, since that stuff is a bit complicated here in Doha, to leave the office for hour or two, etcetc...

Anyway, after a couple of days I send another email begging them if they could update me on my matter repeating again how this shirt is a birthday gift and would really like to receive any response, no mater positive or negative one… No response whatsoever.

I send them a receipt of the shipment containing the wrong size T-shirt.

I don't know. This is 21st century, we all are quite skilled in dealing with internet, emails etc, and I guess there is a girl/guy who is sitting by the computer and reading all those emails, online orders, complaints etc… I can't understand why is so difficult just to send an simple 2-sentence email?! "Dear Aleks, you do have a great taste for music, but we're sorrye etv..."

I hope my case is just an isolated one. These guys have a really good choice of T-shirts, and I would like to continue shopping. If only they could send an stupid email…

Ok, and now as a registered user... so, this initial review above is mine, when I didn't have open account...

And I've caused a complete chaos doing review as a guest, and then as a registered user and asking Review Centre a million different things etc etc...

Please, do not be surprised when you see my second review of the same shop, written as a registered user. Maybe RC won’t publish it, since I asked them so, just few minutes ago… Chaos, I’m telling you… Sorry, dear Review Centre! :(

Anyway, a day or two day after I wrote that initial review I received an email from Industrialshirts, actually from UPS, USP, whoever, from US who is dealing with overseas shipping… They’ve stated that my T-shirt had been sent! So, my correct size T-shirt had been sent, even before they received my shipment receipt that I did send the wrong T-shirt back to them, which I asked them if it would be possible (see the review above).

That’s why I’m writing all these essays, feeling that these LA guys deserve some credit here.

Furthermore, T-shirt arrived faster than the wrong one (yep, NOW you got a good idea? :) ) and it’s just perfect! The sign on it is not glued like the one from the other online shop of which I’ve left a pretty harsh review here… The title look like it’s manufactured together with the T-shirt. I don’t understand technology, but I am capable of recognizing a T-shirt with a high-quality printing on it when I see one. Have couple of them in my cupboard already, all bought online…

No! Do not fear, Dear Review Center, I won’t leave any review of those shops!

Anyway, these guys are quite all right, delivery time is more than decent and provide a good quality.

And guess what? I’ve already ordered another T-shirt fomr the sam shop. With such a good review and as a loyal customer, maybe they will award me with some good discount… :)
