I purchased an Ilse Jacobsen raincoat a little over one year ago. Despite thinking I was paying for quality I was sadly mistaken. Within weeks the print started to wear off, making it look scrappy, and now, a year on, the zipper has broken.

The store through whom I purchased it will not rectify the situation as they consider the faulty zipper to be simply wear and tear, and therefore not their responsibility. Ilse Jacobsen conveniently do not consider this to be wear and tear and therefore the responsibility of the store from whom I purchased the raincoat. A sad state of affairs when neither party will back the product! I definitely would not recommend this brand given my experience in relation to their product and customer service.
