Very poor customer service. Purchased a gilet in November didn’t receive until December. Contacted Ikrush customer services as feather padding started coming out through the gilet. I was told it wasn’t an issue they could help with as I have the gilet almost 3 months. This gilet was worn not even a handful of times and cost €65 which I’m sure we can agree wasn’t exactly cheap. I was offered a 20% discount off my next order. However, I will never again purchase from Ikrush. Will be going back to iclothing in future customer service is fantastic..

Paid for next day delivery on the 27/8 .. we are now on the 10/9 and I’m still waiting for my items! Customer services ignore emails and when you call they fob you off saying they are still looking into it and will email with an update 5 days after I first called again I’m still waiting for an update!

Don’t buy from this website or waste your time as your items won’t arrive. Just called customer services again and demanded a refund today which is now being apparently being processed which leads me to believe that the goods were never sent out of the warehouse in the first place! Still skeptical I will actually receive my money in 5 working days as they stated ..we shall see! If I was kept update then things may of been different.

It’s a shame about this company as they have some nice clothes and shoes and great offers but I WONT BUY AGAIN!

Dresses never arrived, trying to get any help from customer service was a joke, I then contacted their delivery service my self only to be told my dresses had been sent to a different address, contacting customer service again was a waste of time, 5 weeks later no dresses no refund and still waiting on acceptable reply!

I wouldn't bother wasting your time or money on this company it's an absolute joke

I recently placed an order with IKRUSH.com

They first of all were very helpful when I had trouble deciding which shoes to go for. I placed my order but had to get my delivery address changed which they did immediately after contacting them. My shoes came super fast and I was amazed at how great value for money they were. I will definately be returning to shop here again. I love the site, delivery and customer service are all better than some other sites I have used before. The prices are also alot better too!

I was really pleased with Ikrush when I got my dresses - they were as expected and a really good price. Three of them didn't fit, so I sent them back using their free returns, and got proof of postage. 3 weeks on, 5 emails later, the money is yet to be returned to my account. They are either extremely inefficient or living in the hope that customers will forget to chase up their money. They have been unapologetic about the lack of customer service, and continue to put off refunding the money on the basis that they haven't processed refunds yet. As I am yet to get any money from them I would say don't buy from them unless you are absolutely sure you will keep what they send, otherwise you will waste a lot of time.

I bought this silver sequin dress from the online clothing store IKrush. It fit so well and I just HAD to encourage others to buy it for Christmas or New year parties.

I wore it on a night out in Glasgow and it was perfect for bars and night clubs. It wasn't too heavy as most sequin dresses are, or itchy, thank god! It goes well with shoes boots of any colour really.
