I was referred to hervelegeragent.com via a friend who raved about them, and from the photos I have seen of her previous purchases from the site I was impressed. I went onto the website and picked the dress I wanted, to start with only choosing one to test the quality out for myself, the item arrived within 2 days of payment...

The quality of the garment was awful, a cheap nasty stretchy material. Not at all something you would expect for the price of $125 + shipping.

I contacted the website to arrange a refund as they state clearly on their website that they offer 14 day refunds. The response receieved from them was...

"If you send back, maybe we not receive, due to custom problem and china post, and as we did send out this dress we could not refund the DHL shipping fee, maybe you can give it to a friend as a gift or sell it? I hope you understand"

I am completely shocked by the cheek of the company when they clearly state they offer a refund policy.

I would advise anyone not to bother buying from this website.
