I didn't have anything to do with the customer service, so I can't comment, but I as I spent over £35 I got the free standard delivery by royal mail. The website said it should take 3 - 4 days and it actually came in 2 days - so I was well pleased. The website is simple and easy to use and the jeans themselves are excellent quality. I'd definately recommend henleys.co.uk to anyone else.
