I too have been had with this website. Unfortunately I didn't see these reviews after ordering not one but two coats! They are fakes, wrong sizes, even faulty. I have lost a lot of money and am absolutely gutted. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Although they advertised as being UK based, the goods came several weeks later from China and the bag was even torn as it was so badly packed. Of course they do not reply to your emails (as they suggest doing so for a shipping address for returning the goods, within 8 days)! AND although they show Paypal as one paying method at the bottom of their website page, this is not offered when you have to actually pay - only cards.

NO STAR RECOMMENDED, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE - I cannot say it enough.

Ordered a Hilfiger Coat and received - weeks later - an extremely ugly cheap something.

It was posted from Shanghai/China and there is no returns procedure, so I have lost about £150.

Was about to order a Tommy Hilfiger coat at £140.

So glad I spotted the reviews. Will be keeping my money in my pocket.

To be honest I did find it odd that this hanoverband company were showing stock of 1815 or more of this coat..

I too emailed them with a question and had no reply to my emails.

I read the reviews after placing my order so was not hopeful.

The order did arrive in a week. The trainers were not the ones I had ordered.

They are also fake - the writing on the inside faces the wrong way.

Suspect there is not much point in contact them for a refund. Lesson learned!!

Worse than terrible - No stars. Same experience as others. Ordered boots, but the ones which arrived were nothing like the ones ordered, and totally awful. Total rip off. Took weeks to arrive as based in CHINA despite saying registering with co.uk domain. The returns policy states we need to email to get return address but have had no response to numerous emails requesting return address

I think i have wasted £70. Not sure what to do next. Also note the returns are at my expense (to china?)

My friend ordered a Tommy Hilfiger Valentina down coat over a month ago for £131 and has only just received a jacket ...a fake Abercrombie and Fitch bright red jacket. I definitely agree with the other review on here and you really must avoid at all costs!! What a sham and waste of money ...how do these people who run this appalling company get away with it?! They need to be shut down so PLEASE report them  if you have had a similar problem...

Despite hosting a co.uk website the company is based in China. My order took over 20 days to arrive. I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger blazer for £90, what turned up was a fake Dolce and Gabbana leather jacket (fake leather)! I emailed the seller and a week later no response or possibility of a return. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your money!!!
