I am furious with this company. I ordered a chinese blouse 3 weeks before the 2017 Chinese New Year festival, not only did the item arrived very late - one month after CNY, they also delivered the wrong blouse! The customer support guy, advised me to return the item and assure that will do a refund or an exchange. I subsequently spent another shipping fees to return the item. Despite showing my proof of delivery of the returned item, I am yet to receive my refund, it's been two months now! I wrote to them several times, and he will respond if you use a different email address, always sounded helpful asking for the tracking number. No matter how many times I repeated the same tracking number and giving the details, subsequently, he will never NEVER respond to you on any update! I tried to call their US toll free number, but the telephone number is not valid. Their 5Ps - customer Protections policies posted on their website were empty promises! And the reviews on their website were all filtered, only positive reviews were posted, please do not be fooled. My damaged is about US100, I wish I have research this company before I place my purchase. I hope the public is well aware of this company - GoodOrient is NOT good at all!

I accidently found this website-GoodOrient, because I was looking for Chinese outfit, after confirming that your company do make outfit for big and tall men, I ordered two suits to test your company. I must say I was impressed with the two suits. The color and fabrics are the colors and fabric I chose and it fit someone of my size perfectly. The shipment was on time and I received them as indicated in the email I received earlier.

I love Chinese outfit especially the shirts and the frog interlock style button. No more worry about losing button, and the fabric, linen is my favorite fabric.

I am not sure if people usually give customer feedback but I received my jacket so I thought I would.Firstly, I am very pleased with delivery, I received the jacket about a week after ordering which was in time for Xmas night outs and seeing family so that was perfect.And I am delighted with the jacket! It is top quality and looks very smart. It is also a very warm jacket but not too heavy either.
