I was another person to fall fowl of Graham Scott's charm. I had two very young children at the time he came to measure my partner. Maybe he took pity on me but I hounded him and threatened him with Trading Standards until i got my money back, which i did.
I would just like to draw your attention to another scheme that he may be running. Check out the website belonging to Stefano Dutti - notice any similarities??? I have phoned both numbers and both the men on the answering services sound the same to me........

Say Goodbye To Your Money
Ordered suit like most people, but after 6 months of trying to call and leave messages to find out where my suits are, nothing. Graham Scott is a total con-artist, do not go near him or any of his business fronts. I booked my suit fitting at the same time as a friend from work, they have gone through the same thing as us. He is such a con. We had another friend call and leave a message on his phone to book a fitting. He called him back within the hour to say the turn around in 22 Days. This man has no shame.

Graham Scott aka gino , i payed for a suit one year and a day from today still no suit despite tracking the conman down to THE BEECHES, wESTFIELD, WEST LOTHIAN. Lovely big homestead paid for im sure by the hundreds if not thousands of despondent customers.An out and out conman with no moral values or ethics. WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT HIM GROUPON.

I have also been through a very similar journey with Gino Zanetti - well, Graham Scott of Gino Zanetti. I've yet to successfully contact the company owner Mary Scott - his wife, who he states is a head teacher at a school in Scotland.
Having tirelessly tried to resolve the issue with Gino Zanetti direct, I've now ended the game of cat and mouse, which most of us seem to have been sucked into ('apologies, the suit will be there soon', 'the refund should be there' etc etc), and have spoken with Trading Standards and Action Fraud this morning.
Action Fraud advised me to post their number on the site, should anyone wish to take seek further help with this: 0300 123 2040.
If my refund miraculously appears, I will of course update this site and the appropriate bodies, however, I shall not hold my breathe given that their are (alleged) links to former unsavory activity.

Worst Purchase Decision I've Ever Made.
Like other reviewers I purchased a suit through a Groupon deal (£189 for a tailored suit). Graham Scott duly arrived to take a fitting with very good sales talk and an all to convincing story. I made the classic mistake of also ordering some tailored shirts (another £100!) thinking they would look good with my swanky new suit. 6 weeks delivery promise came and went but I was not worried. Contacted Graham Scott at Gino Zanetti and was reassured everything was ok but there were some issues with machines in the factory causing slight delays, then there was a delay in materials, then silence... I have now been waiting 9 months for delivery. There is no answer from the company, Groupon is reassuring me delivery will be made but they have also done that before. £289 down and feeling stupid for being taken in by this man and very disappointed by Groupons support. It is unlikely you will ever see this man advertising on Groupon again but if you do then steer clear. It is either a very poorly run business or an out and out con. Graham Scott should be ashamed of his behaviour. Back to M&S for me.

I also purchased the Groupon voucher for a bespoke Gino Zanetti suit for my partner. The very nice gentleman duly arrived about a week before Christmas 2011 to take the measurements. Due to the holidays, he said he would be back towards the end of January for a fitting. That was the last we heard from him. Literally dozens of phone calls were made to the Gino Zanetti number, which was an answering machine. This answering machine was mostly full, so that we were unable to leave a message. Occasionally, if we phoned early enough in the morning, we were able to leave a message. On one occasion, my partner got a man on the other end of the line who apologised and gave a big story about how our order had fallen through the cracks but would be immediately submitted and we would hear back from him within a couple of weeks. Huh - we're still waiting! Countless more attempts to phone ended about a fortnight ago when there was a message on the answering machine, telling us to email Groupon, who would contact us within 48 hours. Huh - 2 weeks later and we're still waiting for some kind of acknowledge from Groupon. I am so very angry. Businesses fail - we accept that. But we don't like being blatantly lied to. I'm afraid I'm so fed up now with Groupon that I won't ever use them again, irrespective of whatever wonderful-sounding deals they present. We are very, very disappointed. I believe "word of mouth" is the best form of advertising and I shall make sure that as many people as possible hear of my dissatisfaction with both Gino Zanetti and Groupon.

What a complete joke this 'company' is!!
Every review on this page mirrors my own experience with Gino Zanetti. I also purchased a suit through Groupon (seems to be the only way he makes his business), I had a fitting at my home and was also told in 4/5 weeks for delivery. I have still yet to receive that allusive suit! Every call made to the company reached a voice mail and I was never called back after 20/30 attempts so I gave up and I have gone back through Groupon to reclaim my money.
I would advice anybody else who purchased the deal to do the same.
In my opinion should be standing in court answering to charges of numerous frauds!!!

Another Sucker
Like all other poor sod's in this review, Groupon voucher and measured up and 6 months later nothing. The man is a fraud and in my 30 attempted calls I did actually get through 3 times and the confidence and stories are priceless.
Tell your friends to avoid at all costs and if you are ever in Avondale am sure he will welcome all for tea.

I purchased a groupon for a suit and had a similar excuses to the other reviews, and left numerous messages only one of which got a reply. 6 months after fitting - still no suit. I have applied to Groupon for a refund.
Research on Companies House would suggest that his company was set up in Oct 11 AFTER the groupon deal was advertised (odd?).
Avoid this guy al all cost.
Fraud Avoid!! - Took Money Suit Never Arrived
After reading the other reviews and having an identical experience I am compelled to warm anyone thinking of dealing with this company to AVIOD at all costs. I have been waiting since October 2011 and still had no Suit, after several conversations with Graeme and the promise of the arriving the next week then the next week!! nothing.. stay away!!

It is spooky to read these reviews as they mirror my experience almost exactly. My first suit apparently had a nasty encounter with a stanley knife across the shoulder by a careless person opening a box. That was after delays due to machine issues in Singapore. The remade suit was actually made for a person 5 inches shorter than me so was useless. Now we are in some Singapore shut down period which does not seem to be listed on national Singapore holidays. Unfortunately I ordered shirts as well so was well and truly suckered by this eloquent gent. Do not delay. Go to Groupon if ordered that route and demand a refund.
